Theoretical Study of Employment Issues

The problem raised in this research is regulating workers' rights and their protection the Law. This study uses normative legal methods with several approaches, namely statutory conceptual approaches. results of state that workers/laborers are essential to implement because if workers laborers not given by human rights, then work carried out will be able run correctly. Whereas contents manpower articles Law still have problems, yet providing guarantees certainty for such as determining proper wages eligibility severance pay.
